The Residential Electrification Assistance Programme (R.E.A.P.) in Trinidad and Tobago is designed to provide electrical wiring and rewiring assistance to low-income households, ensuring that even the most vulnerable communities have access to this essential service. By addressing the needs of homes that have never been wired or require urgent rewiring, R.E.A.P. aims to reduce electrical hazards and promote safer living environments.
