  • Your account is registered to a shop, office, restaurant, school, or hospital.
  • Usage includes refrigeration, lighting, computers, and HVAC systems.
  • Bills usually list “Business” or “Commercial” as the tariff category.

Industrial (Factories/Heavy Users)

  • Your account is registered to a plant, mine, or large facility.
  • Usage covers heavy machinery, manufacturing, or large‑scale operations.
  • Bills often show “Industrial” or “High‑Voltage Supply.”
