Prof. Eng. Clyde H. Phillip

Prof. Eng. Clyde H. Phillip is a highly respected Chartered Electrical Engineer, academic leader, and diplomat from Trinidad and Tobago with more than 40 years of experience in engineering, telecommunications, education, and regional development. He has held senior positions at institutions such as the University of Houston, SAIT Canada, and TSTT, while also founding major engineering and educational organizations across the Caribbean.

Currently serving as a Roving Ambassador for the State of the African Diaspora (SOAD), he is recognized internationally for his contributions to engineering leadership, human capital development, and sustainable industrial growth.
